  1. Read through the preview of your puppies Health Guarantee/Spay & Neuter Contract,  here.

  2. Put a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your place in line to choose a pup. (Cash,  Check, Venmo or PayPal is accepted). If this deposit is made before the litter arrives you will receive a 100.00 discount off the total purchase price of your puppy. 

  3. After you are notified of the litters arrival you must send the remaining $200.00 deposit to ensure your puppy will be chosen from the current litter. 

  4. Set up an appointment with your vet for a wellness check. It must be within 24-48 hours of picking up your puppy. 

  5. You may then bring the remaining balance in cash when you come to pick up your puppy at 8 weeks of age. This is when you will sign your health contract receive your puppy's shot records, comfort blanket and your bundle of joy!

What if I Live Out of State?

C5 Doodles is dedicated to making our quality puppies available to you no matter where your located.  We offer a few options in terms of travel.

We can serve as your puppies personal "flight nanny." If your puppy is small enough to fit in a designated carrier  most airlines will allow a puppy to ride in a carrier on the lap or under the seat of a passenger for a small fee. The owner would be responsible for the cost of the flight, necessary health paperwork, a small crate fee, plus the nanny fee. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/home-living/dog-pet-airline-travel-guidelines/

If Puppies over the size limit of in cabin travel they can be shipped in the cargo area. We only allow pups to fly cargo IF the flight is offered as a non stop flight where the pup will arrive to the new owners within 12 hours. Pups are not allowed to fly if the air temperature is over 80 degrees. We have had good experiences through Alaska Airline Cargo. The  cost of flight as well as travel papers and size appropriate crate are the responsibility of the new owners. https://www.alaskacargo.com/

Puppy Travelers is a company out of Neosho MO. that can transport puppies under 12 weeks and under 25lbs ground shipment. They can transport almost anywhere in the US for a reasonable price. However all arrangements and payments are to be made between the owner and Puppy Travelers. C5 doodles is not held responsible after the puppy is surrendered to puppy travelers.  http://www.puppytravelers.com/

Personal ground transport is also an option through "C5 Transport." Average rate is $2.00 per mile up to approximately 650 miles. Every delivery is given careful consideration and can be renegotiated or  refused 

Take the Next Step

​The 1st step is to exchange proper contact information and submit a $100.00 litter deposit

 

Paying the $100.00 deposit ensures the buyers opportunity to choose a puppy. After the puppies are born an additional $200.00 deposit is required to reserve your place in line to pick a puppy.  The total $300.00 will be applied to the total balance when your puppy is picked up or delivered.

 

The litter deposit of  $100 is transferable up to 2 litters. The additional $200.00 puppy deposit is refundable up until the puppies are 3 weeks old. After the 3 week date it is only transferable to other litters.
